Why do you enjoy working in fraternity & sorority life?
"Working in fraternity and sorority life allows me to connect with and support students who want to make a difference in their organizations and community. I believe in the power of the fraternal experience and its ability to push us to become the best versions of ourselves. It is a daily commitment to live by our personal and organizational values. It is a community where we can find belonging and empowerment. The impact of these organizations is felt long after graduation and I'm grateful to be a part of the OSU Fraternity and Sorority Life community."
Kelsey's Area of Oversight:
The CFSL utilizes a chapter coaching model to connect and advise our active chapters. Each staff member is assigned to roughly a third of the chapters and serves as those chapters' main resource regarding CFSL policies, the Relationship Statement, and can assist the chapter in a variety of ways depending on their needs.
