The HSRC DOES NOT offer health insurance - please follow the link below to Student Health Services in order to learn more about campus insurance, or to ask questions about your coverage.
Note: Health Insurance Subsidy Forms are due on the Friday of Week 3 in each term.
The Student Health Insurance Subsidy provides OSU students a means to pay for a part of their student health insurance premium.
Before applying, students must be enrolled for the Aetna Student Health plan through Student Health Services. The Insurance MUST BE PAID by the third Friday of the term before applying for the subsidy. Those enrolled in the graduate student Pacific Source health plan are not eligible for subsidy. The following instructions can help you complete this application. Insufficient or false information will lead to an application's denial. The application can take up to 3 weeks to process through the University.
