Many of your neighbors have chosen to make this community their home and take pride in it.  Taking care of the neighborhood improves the overall appearance and communicates to others that this is a safe and happy community where neighbors respect each other.  

  • Maintain your property, including proper lawn care and trash and recycling removal.
  • Follow parking laws—don’t park on the lawn, blocking a driveway or sidewalk, on someone else’s property, or on the street for over 48 hours.
  • Clean up after yourself and your pets.
  • If you choose to host guests, take responsibility for their actions.  
  • Keep noise to a minimum--Be respectful of your neighbors.
