Mark & Vicki Hehnen Scholarship for Veterans in Science - Applications are open (January 1, 2017 - 28 February, 2017)

The Office of Military and Veteran Resources and the College of Science are proud to manage the selection and award of the Mark & Vicki Hehnen Scholarship for Veterans in Science.  The scholarship may be awarded to an OSU undergraduate or graduate student (or a Degree Partnership undergraduate) pursuing a degree program within the College of Science who is an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Military.  This scholarship offers a minimum of $1,000 per year to help cover tuition, fees, books, and supplies charged to a recipient's account at Oregon State University.  Full eligibility criteria and additional information is listed on the scholarship application.

Class of ‘65 Service Member / Veteran Alumni and Descendants Educational Scholarship  - Applications are open (January 1, 2017 - 28 February, 2017)

The Office of Military and Veteran Resources is proud to manage the selection and award of the the Class of ‘65 Service Member / Veteran Alumni and Descendants Educational Scholarship.  This scholarship is available to OSU alumni or former students who are honorably discharged veterans of or currently serving in the U.S. military (Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, and Coast Guard, including reserve components) or children or grandchildren of such veterans. Children and grandchildren are not limited to biological children and grandchildren only. This scholarship offers a minimum of $1,000 per year to help cover tuition, fees, books, and supplies charged to a recipient's account at Oregon State University.  Full eligibility criteria and additional information is listed on the scholarship application.

Zonta Foundation Scholarship

The Office of Military and Veteran Resources partnered with the Zonta Service Foundation of Corvallis to create a scholarship for combat female veterans called the Grateful Nation Scholarship.  More information is included in the Grateful Nation Scholarship Handout.

4Spirits Distillery Combat Veteran Scholarship

The Office of Military and Veteran Resources partnered with 4Spirits Distillery to create the 4Spirits Distillery Scholarship.  This scholarship is still building funds for the $25,000.00 required endowment.  More information about the scholarship is included in the 4Spirits Distillery Scholarship Handout.  It should be noted that this scholarship is the first OSU Veterans Scholarship Fund and also the fund sponsor, Dawson Officer is believed to be the OSU Foundations youngest contributor to a scholarship fund.
