Why do you enjoy working in fraternity & sorority life?

"I believe that joining a fraternity or sorority as an undergraduate can be one of the single most fulfilling co-curricular experiences for a college student. By providing the fraternity/sorority community with outstanding support in the areas of advising, leadership development, risk reduction & management, and academic support, the experience of each individual member of the community is exponentially improved. There are no bonds created like those of brotherhood/sisterhood and the impact of membership is lifelong -- well beyond the college days of our students."

Why do you enjoy working in fraternity & sorority life?

"I enjoy working in fraternity & sorority life because I get to interact with students and staff who share a common bond with myself. I believe fraternities and sororities serve as a peer to peer support system that allows for mentorship, leadership, and impactful opportunities among a group of students with similar interest and values. In addition, those opportunities contribute to students' holistic growth and connectedness to their institution. I am excited to be a part of the experience."

Why do you enjoy working in fraternity & sorority life?

"Working in fraternity and sorority life allows me to connect with and support students who want to make a difference in their organizations and community. I believe in the power of the fraternal experience and its ability to push us to become the best versions of ourselves. It is a daily commitment to live by our personal and organizational values. It is a community where we can find belonging and empowerment. The impact of these organizations is felt long after graduation and I'm grateful to be a part of the OSU Fraternity and Sorority Life community."
