Center Against Rape and Domestic Violence (CARDV)
Since 1988, Alpha Kappa has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for child and domestic abuse prevention & education. The funds support the local community through the Center Against Rape and Domestic Violence (CARDV), as well as the national organization, Prevent Child Abuse America (PCAA). Our fundraising success comes from our event, Mock Rock- the most anticipated philanthropy event at Oregon State. Year after year, Mock Rock continues to be one of the most participated in and highest earning Greek events. Mock Rock has won Philanthropy of the Year for multiple years and raised $38,000 this year alone.
